For the past few weeks, Thursday night has been the start of a binge eating festival that lasts basically until midnight on Saturday. By then I was so bloated and miserable and guilty. •••••
I told myself it was balance and that I'd be able to maintain since I was being strict Sunday through Wednesday. But obviously that didn't work out for me since I gained a few pounds. 🙈
Tonight I had a lot of calories left over, but instead of going crazy and eating enough for 2 days, I made a double serving of oatmeal. •••••

This is an awesome super set to hit those quads & legs. I often incorporate super sets in my training and they are killer!
Here's what I did:
A) Quad Extensions- 3x10 at 80-100 lbs
B) Leg Press- 3x25 at 180-270 lbs (increased weight each set)
