This is my post "wow I just ate my whole kitchen" face I seriously struggle with an outrageous appetite 🤤Most of the time I'm good at stopping myself and just eating till I'm satisfied but sometimes I'm weak. Today was like that for usually happens in the afternoon time when I'm literally RAVENOUS. I just eat anything and's hard for me to admit this because I've struggled and still do with my physical appearance BUT I know that I am in control. I can do better and there is NO excuse for not doing better. Self control is a SKILL and it takes time to master...I've been working on it my whole life and can honestly say that I am still getting the hang of it. If you also struggle with binge eating please PLEASE know you are not alone and that you can move on from it and develop self's possible and I believe in you! What helps me is drinking lots and LOTS of water and eating smaller, protein rich meals throughout the day-keeps ya full and satisfied!! Bit of self reflection along with some squats from yesterday ... So the first thing I thought when watching over this video was 'jheez that's nor a flattering angle/I look fat/why am I still so big' and then straight after 'why am I still obsessing over how I look to other people and putting myself down!?' I've been trying really hard to be body positive but old habit die hard and can creep up on you. And that's cool because you can't switch your mindset over night, just have to keep working on things. I know I work really hard, I eat properly 90% of the time and I put my maximum effort into things. That's all I can ask myself for and being happy with myself while still striving to improve is what I hope I can continue to achieve. Just need a wake up every now and then 😅 So another thing that's happened today is I had pizza outside of my macros. I'd had my dinner and went to a talk at uni where they offer free pizza. I decided to eat before so I wasn't tempted and get there later on. But when I arrived there was so much pizza left and I had 2 slices. And then felt super guilty and terrible and started thinking about ways I could burn it off when I got home. Woah there ✋✋✋✋✋ the cycle of binging and feeling guilty is something I've really done my best to kick since I started and overall I've done quite well but everyone has slip ups and it's fine. It's a learning curve and being disciplined with yourself is sometimes difficult. I know 2 pieces of pizza isn't a binge, most people will probs thing what are you on about that's nothing, but for me to go there knowing I'd already eaten my macros, I wasn't hungry and actually telling myself I wouldn't eat and then doing it anyway is quite a big deal. But I've learnt for next time and I know feeling guilty isn't going to change anything, shit happens! Hey everybody! Today was my rest day as I travelled to Bristol for an open day. We stopped at @pizzaexpress for lunch and are now at Nando's - and I have hit my macros perfectly. You don't necessarily have to miss out on eating out to stay 'healthy'. I have just made sensible choices, admittedly not the 'healthiest' options on the menu but I really fancied a pizza so I had a pizza and I'm not even sorry. At Nando's now and have opted for a low carb option and have ordered chicken butterfly, veg and halloumi 😛😛 This pizza was also GF and tasted greaaaaaat 😉 63 ♡ 5 ✍ January 24

Literally had the worst headache all day😥 Been working on my PT course and my oh my some of the nutrition advice is out of date. Thought I’d do another “what I eat in a day” since I’ve changed my diet/macros to higher protein and fat and less sugar/simple carbs, It’s only been a few days so I don’t want to speak too soon but I feel really good! I have so much more energy and I’m less irritable. Probably the nicest change is being full for long periods of time, whereas before I was constantly hungry and tired. Breakfast: 1 slice of @profusionorganic protein bread with 89g avocado, one egg, 40g low fat cottage cheese, and 3 wafer thin ham slices (super weird combo I know but it was really good!) Kcal: 391 C:19.6 // P:27.5 // F:22.5 Mid-morning snack: Mango chia pot from @pretamangeruk Kcal:137 C:6.1// P:3 // F:10.8 Lunch: Chef’s Italian Salad from @pretamangeruk (I am so obsessed with this it’s AMAZING) Kcal:345 C:8.2 // P:24.8 // F:22.4 Pre workout snack: Peppermint tea and @metcalfesskinny yoghurt covered skinny rice cakes Kcal: 80 C:11// P:1.5 // F:3.2 Post workout snack: Small clementine and small plum Kcal: 51 C:12.8 // P:0.8 // F:1 Dinner: Omelette (1 egg + 3 egg whites + 100g jumbo king prawns + leerdamer light cheese slice + 1 cup of spinach) on top of 55g salad leaves with 41 grams of avocado. I put 1 1/2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce on top after this photo was taken because it goes so well with shrimp/avocado/eggs :) Kcal:352 C:16.4 // P:39 // F:14.9 Dessert: Peppermint tea and 1 slice of @profusionorganic protein bread (had to take a few bites before the photo sorry it was just too good) spread with 1 tbsp of powdered almond butter sprinkled with cinnamon and stevia.
