Tuesday tips... the days are getting shorter and the weather is about to get cooler, which means we spend less time outdoors. I try to start every morning, even when I am in a race to get out the door... outside, for just a few minutes. Aside from the benefits of vitamin D, a few minutes of breathing fresh air can be a mood booster, as it actually activates serotonin levels. I would say that's a great way to start a long day! I woke up, I took pre-workout to get pumped up, I turned on my workout, pressed pause.... and there I sat. Scrolling... scrolling... and scrolling some more! Uggggh!! Finally, I stopped. Looked at the clock & realized I could have already been done with my workout by now. But I hadn't even started yet... and to be honest, I didn't want to do it. •
Then, I stood up. I pushed play. I stopped thinking and just started moving. Before I knew it I was at the final round & ALMOST DONE! •
