Part 1 -- Looking to improve your golf swing? 🏌🏽♀️⛳️ Think STRONG CORE and MOBILE HIPS.
Two segments of the body requiring mobility and stability in the execution of the swing are the hips and core. Mobility in the hips is crucial in order to execute the rotary components in both the backswing and downswing. The stability provided by the core allows a golfer to maintain the postural positions required of the swing and generates rotary power 🤗 0 ♡ 1 ✍
I'm going to be honest. Somewhere along the way of my fitness journey that I started over a year ago, I began to get complacent with myself. Maybe it was looking in the mirror and seeing the body I wanted to have. Maybe it was finally being happy I had transformed so much. But in that complacency also was a lack of change. A lack of growth. A lack of taking things to the next level. I ate the same things over and over again. Trained the same way. And when you do the same things over and over, and you let yourself get comfortable you stop growing. You stop changing. You stop improving. No more. To take things to the next level I must embrace new ways of thinking and doing things. I must force myself to become uncomfortable again of the unknown. Once I reach that stage I can again begin to grown and learn all over again. Starting today I have begun intermittent fasting. I've taken the time to study the process from those who have embraced it and used it to better themselves. Learn from others and use it to your advantage. More updates coming soon... 1 ♡ 1 ✍
