Vision, it's what I lack connecting to when I have my off days. I've been having off days more than usual lately but that's because I put everything else before me on the daily. Something I've been trying so hard to change but old habits die hard. Especially being a wife & mom🤷🏻♀️ but I got to spend sometime on myself today and not one minute was wasted. Took a day off from the mat today to enjoy our last bit of summer here in South Tyrol. Would you believe that this is the FIRST time Martin and I have been out during the day without our babies since they were born?? We do not have the luxury of a Nanny or even a babysitter so we just chill in our little backyard with the boys. His mother watched them today so we could go to the local pool and get some of the last bits of sun ☀️. I had completely forgotten that I took one of my first photos in South Tyrol at this very pool! I stood in the same spot today to see the changes from birthing twin boys 5 months ago. Obvious lack of sleep, unbrushed hair and a layer of fat is clear but I am still very proud! I think it is time to take it up another notch in my training - weights are going to be added slow and steady as to not disrupt my diastasis recti healing ❤️❤️ As always - looking forward to sharing my fitness videos and healthy meals with you all! 20 ♡ 1 ✍

Sunday sweat sesh in 🌞valley. Snuck in some core and 🍑moves while the kiddos played.
You can do these exercises with a @trxtraining, physioball or even a towel on a hard wood floor.
▪️Single leg lateral lunges, 12-15 reps.
▪️Hamstring curls in bridge, 12-15 reps.
▪️Oblique tucks, 20 reps.
▪️Single leg tucks, 10 each leg.

We made a trek up to Lake Geneva, WI for a day of fun, to close out Hub's last day of his month long sabatical!
There's a long walk along the lakeside path to get up close and personal with the giant mansions that line the shore- and we made it 2 miles down and back! We had a picnic right by the water and then headed to the pier for some dairy-free dole whips. The streets were crowded due to a festival I didn't know wad happening, so we didn't go into many shops- but overall, a great, GREAT day spent with family. Grandma and Papa joined us too!
Having daddy home for a month has been pretty great- it went by with a blink of an eye. But, we've had lots of time snuggling, touring all the playgrounds in a 3 mile radius of the house, a few outings like the Railway Museum, movies, malls, meals... and though I didn't get a "vacation" from my job, he really picked up a lot of the dish and diaper duties- and promises to help with the dishes more in the future **AHHHHHH** which was an awesome breather for me!
I can't say he's "ready" to go back to work, but I'm definitely ready to get my routine back! 1 ♡ 1 ✍
New scents and oils coming to the studio this week 🤗 very excited for this little ditty ☝️♥️ I wish I found it sooner! A little rosewood, frankincense, tangerine and neroli to calm and soothe. My happy place 😁🙏🏻 I finished my most recent personal development book so I made my mom come to the store with me to pick out more 😄I love that part of my job is reading PD and becoming the person you TRULY are instead of trying to fit in with societal norms 🤜🏻🤛🏻 .
