I am an athlete. Every week that passes I feel stronger both physically and mentally. I am finding it easier and easier to push the pace of my workouts to a place I haven't been in a very long time. I feel so motivated, but for different reasons. My goals are no longer purely physical but for strength and endurance l. I want to train like an athlete and fuel my machine accordingly. Never let your fire 🔥 die. Set new goals and Smash them.

Today I had the opportunity to get my workout in between clients. I fed #babyj then laid him on the mats and got to work. I love getting it done in the morning. Training early motivates and drives the rest of my day. So often I am at the mercy of whatever happens after the world wakes up . You can't control traffic or flu bugs so take the opportunity when it comes and #getinmotion. Oh, and take that mom guilt and silence it 🤐 you are better for your kids when you are better to yourself

One of my absolute FAVOURITE products EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I was introduced to RCK when I did a maternity shoot with @erincrooksphoto and @hollydeckermakeupartistry . I was 36 weeks pregnant and was really nervous about doing a nearly naked shoot! RCK made me look tight and toned and gave me the most gorgeous glow!
