You know what's great? Getting notes of appreciation from people. Since I started this account I've questioned the value I can bring to the coffee community in Cincinnati and beyond. It's also been exciting to think about how the coffee industry could evolve over the next few years as our understanding of water compounds and their effect in the cup expands and deepens with further research!⠀
