I woke up with scratchiness in my throat and I may be getting sick, but I'm telling it to go away and I refuse to give in right now.
Please pray that I'm not sick for this weekend and next because we have a color fun run this weekend and my first 5k next weekend!
I still got up and got it done in the gym! Today, I warmed up on the treadmill for 17 minutes and then we did 350 reps on legs. Next week we are changing it up a little so my legs aren't sore for the 5k. I'm getting excited!
