If you aren't enjoying your food, then why are you eating it!?
When I'm told I can't have something, I want it more. It consumes my every thought. It gets so bad, I'll drive my gas guzzling SUV all the way into town for it. It could be as simple as a Diet Coke, a milky way, or a burger from BK. Once I get it, i get it....plus a few more, and I binge. Which leads to binging on the next meal, and the next. And when I go to bed, I feel like crap.
Pizza today. Jack in the Box yesterday. Pasta the day before. Lookin good, feelin great!
We had Pizza Hut last week, but today, I made my own.
1 Pita - @josephspitabread (weigh these and calculate your own macros! Mine have always been 10-15g heavier than the serving size states)
1 serving of pizza sauce
1 serving Monterrey/Colby jack shredded cheese
1 serving LF Mozzarella shredded cheese
1 serving Turkey Pepperoni
Want to save your fats? Use FF cheeses instead! I've been struggling to hit my fats, so I thoroughly enjoyed all this cheese!!
I like to spray my pita with some "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray on one side, and toast that side on the stove to crisp it up. Once crispy, I'll add the sauce, one serving of cheese, then pepperonis, then cheese again. Toss it in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese 🤤

3 x 102.5kg at RPE 8 x 4 sets (set 2/4 shown)
Followed by: T&G Bench, 2" Deficit DL & Incline Bench.
102.5kg for a triple is an equal pb, but it's the first time I've done it for repeat sets – it's still not a volume pb though. 😋
NB: I know my technique is a little off – I find the heavier the weight, the less I focus on my cues (and more on just moving the weight). Just gives me something to work on. 🤗 61 ♡ 8 ✍
