This is an awesome super set to hit those quads & legs. I often incorporate super sets in my training and they are killer!
Here's what I did:
A) Quad Extensions- 3x10 at 80-100 lbs
B) Leg Press- 3x25 at 180-270 lbs (increased weight each set)
