I really had to share this superset from today's leg day! 🍑I loved it!
The movements are reaaaally slow and controled (you can't tell from my clip cause it's speed up).
The goal here was to increase the time under tension (TUT), get a really good contact in the glutes and fire them up! Mission completed✌💪💛
- Sumo squat
- Wide stand deadlifts
10 reps each! 🍑 85 ♡ 1 ✍
