Legs and arms today!
I had scheduled squats today not leg press but my lower back wasn't feeling up to par so I moved my leg press to this day (which is suppose to come later in the week) and moved squats up to leg press day (if that makes sense). Auto regulation; we aren't always as good as our best day or as bad as our worst day. Moving things around during the week can make sense if it means avoiding injury or suboptimal training on a day we aren't at our best. I remember staying up at night thinking about how I could not believe how much I had let myself go. I remember thinking I had NO TIME to make myself a priority. I remember the night I bought the 21 Day Fix from my phone at midnight on a whim thinking I needed a change but had no idea where to start again. I remember the first time I pushed play on that Day 1 workout. I remember not being able to finish the jumping jacks 30 seconds into the warm up 😔 I remember those feelings SO VIVIDLY and they hurt so much worse than getting myself off the couch everyday now to get my workout in or to meal prep some healthy food...
