Always break up my #workfromhome days with a workout and long walk with the pups. Today it was Pump it Up Quick Arm Routine and Tone HIIT Up.
Now refueling with some of my faves (swipe to see)... frozen berries, a banana, @perfectfit vanilla protein, @vitalproteins collagen peptides, and maca powder. Threw a little unsweetened coconut flakes on there, cause ya know... springtime. 3 ♡ 1 ✍

It's 8:35AM...I've already been awake 2 hours and 35 minutes. Normal Wakeup for my 2 year old is about 7:30 or 8 but not today. 🤦🏻♀️😩
Somehow these early mornings only happen when daddy isn't home...this I end up tired, impatient, and cranky. 😴😖😡
But MOTHERHOOD. I want my little guy to remember me as kind and patient and sweet. So here I am...at the time of day I usually start my day, RESTARTING my day. Hitting the reset button 🖲

Definitely feeling the effects of a growing belly! Had to modify my workout this morning. Instead of doing lovely burpees, I did some planks!
I know every pregnancy is different but this pregnancy has been pretty great so far. I don't think it's a coincidence that almost 2 months ago I changed my workouts from trying to figure out what to do at the gym to working out at home for 30 minutes a day and my back pain and sciatic nerve pain went away.
A combination of working out 30 minutes everyday and drinking Shakeology has drastically changed how I feel physically and mentally! I am more confident, stronger and have more energy! 19 ♡ 2 ✍
