Waking up with a turtle belly and abs veins still baffles me🙈 This photo is after 2 meals and water but my condition is quite literally changing every morning. Now 10 days into my first food cut of the whole 18 week prep - I've gradually dropped 100g of carbs out of my daily intake (Going from 325g a day, my calories are still pretty decent for my size.) All sweeteners and aspartames are still in and my sodium intake is still full every day; All to be manipulated during peak week😉 Roll on 12 layers of tan and some proper drying out😂 #2weeksout508 ♡ 3 ✍
