Dinner tonight cauliflower pizza! Who knew this lovely vegetable could be so versatile 😜. It's pretty simple but does take a little prep time. If you can make a few ahead of time and freeze them in between parchment paper, your golden 🙌🏽
What you do...➡️step1: I just separated the florets from the head of cauliflower..➡️step 2: I blended them up in blender until it became like "sand-like" texture...➡️step 3: you out it in microwave or stove too for 4-5 minutes to make it soft and then once it has COOLED DOWN you ring it out all the water in a tea towel or nut bag (please wait for it to cool down, you will burn yourself) ➡️step 4: once you ringed out the water out in a bowl and add 1 egg, 1/2tsp dried basil, 1/2tsp dried oregano, I did 2tblsp of almond meal/flour, 1/2tsp of garlic powder, 1tblsp of olive oil. ➡️lastly, Use your hands to mix it up and roll it on a dough and then roll it out. Place in the oven let it cook through and you got yourself a guilt free freakin pizza. 57 ♡ 3 ✍
