Confession: I'm obsessed with @lacroixwater and I pay a ridiculous amount (to the tune of 50$+ for 12 or 24 depending on the flavor) to get it shipped to me in Montreal because there isn't a distributor here. I'm not gonna cheat and get any of the other carbonated waters cause they taste like garbage. LaCroix, on the other hand, is a refreshing and heavenly bit of goodness 3 ♡ 0 ✍

Practicing gratitude in the morning will dictate your attitude for the day. I try to start each morning focusing on all the things I'm grateful for in my life. When I first started doing this a few years ago, it was pretty hard. After two or three days, I started repeating what I was grateful for.
A roof over my head.
I'm not starving. 🤔 my family.... 😂
I didn't have a very long list.
But this daily routine rewires your brain to focus on the good things in your life. This one act each morning is free, takes no time, and has repeatedly demonstrated it's power to jumpstart the positive energy in you. Hate and anger can not come from a place of gratefulness. If you ever wonder why bad things always happen to you or get upset by the actions of other people, try practicing gratitude a few minutes every morning. Soon, you'll start replacing those negative thoughts and emotions with ones that make you feel lucky to be alive and have the opportunity to begin carving out the life you deserve. .

In Sweden, Midsummer’s Eve is one of the most important days of the year, rivaling Christmas with its festive spirit and traditions. During our history, it has always been considered a time of magic, and the nature, flowers and trees, was thought to give special powers during this period. Gathering flowers to weave into wreaths and crowns was a way for people to share the nature’s magic to ensure good health throughout the year. Even though most people these days probably are unaware of the magical origins of the tradition, weaving crowns of flowers is still a major part of any Midsummer observance. 14 ♡ 1 ✍
