My Version of a THAI GREEN CURRY.
Iv been having an absolute flap all day about making a Curry, figuring out my Macronutrients & sharing it out as i usually just stick to easy meals to keep on track BUT iv managed & Im buzzing. Iv learnt that it doesn't have to be boring & dull to still fit your daily calorie intake & this meal was so much for substantial than my usual evening meal. 🍽.

storm held off long enough for me to get outside for the kind of unconventional training I love 😁⚡️50 tire hip flips with a burpee between each flip, 150yd reverse sled pull with 15 air squats every 15yds, 150yd forward sled pull back to the starting point ➡️ for the hip flips pull the top edge of the tire into your belly until the tire comes off the ground and then kick the bottom edge out with hip extension to turn the tire over, these will have your posterior chain on 🔥 from traps to calves 30 ♡ 3 ✍
