conditioning piece really got the calves mooing 🐄🐄 1000 double unders and 200 pushups, break up into sets of rep ranges that you can complete unbroken and then alternate exercises until total reps are completed ➡️ now I guess I should rest before the 13.1 miles I'm supposed to run tomorrow that I havnt trained at all for 😬 6 ♡ 1 ✍

"Crossfit is tough to jump right into, especially if you don't actively work out. Some people actually think that you should "prepare" to do Crossfit, as if one is graduating into another step of their fitness lives. Then Mindy comes in, breaks that stereotype, and crushes every workout I give her.
