Here are a couple favorites from yesterday's 2nd leg day of the week 🤗
-Front Squats: I like using this free motion machine vs. a standard barbell because I feel like my spine is better stabilized which allows me to get a deeper range of motion. 4x20 reps
-Bulgarian Split Squats: Make sure your foot is forward enough you can lower yourself all the way down without your knee coming over your toe. ALSO, all the work should be done by the leg on the ground, push through that heel (I lift my toes upward to make sure I'm using only the heel of my foot, gets the glute nice and goooood🍑). 4x12ea/side
Other important exercises.... hip thrusts, hamstring curls, regular squats, leg presses, and DON'T FORGET YOUR CALVES😂😳

As you can see breakfast is my favorite meal and of course the most important meal of the day.
Did you know that your body fast during your sleep cycle if you eat your dinner at appropriate times.
Intermittent fasting has become a very popular way to stoke the metabolism.. although, people believe this is a new concept it truly is not.
Often in our history man got up at the break of dawn to work and woman provided a meal for them. When the sun would set during the winter months ..dinner was served as early as 5pm. They did not eat again until the next morning. Thus, allowing the body to consume the glucose in the bloodstream. After all circulating glucose was consumed, the body would enter a period of fasting.
With a normal metabolism this typically occurred within hours of the last meal. Today , people are eating all hours of the day with no set schedule.
Unfortunately, this creates havoc on your metabolism because the body is continuously trying to adjust to glucose stores. The best way to defeat the battle between glucose metabolism and weight gain is to eat on a schedule... in the right portions for your goals!
