Having children with special needs can be challenging to say the least. Our entire week evolves around doctors visits and therapies and and and. I'm not saying this to complain... I do what I have to in order for my kids to have the BEST chance at life.
I'm saying this to be real. I struggle sometimes knowing her struggles will be lifelong. Yes the Lord has blessed us with a great understanding and a new opportunity to be home so we CAN take them to all of their appointments. But some weeks I do tire of the constant on the go life. .
I know Amelia will have an amazing life. I know she will live life to the fullest. I just pray one day I'm able to see the world through her eyes even for a moment. #cerebralpalsy wont slow me down

21-year-old Peter Byrne was having trouble using the DualShock 4 PlayStation controller because of his disability, cerebral palsy. “When I play, I would hit the touchpad with my hand. It’s very sensitive…it would pause the game," he explained. After Byrne reached out to the company directly, Sony employee Alex Nawabi designed a custom-made PS4 controller to suit his needs. "The email you sent definitely struck a chord within. Although I can’t help everyone who has this problem, at least I could help you. I wish I had more to give you,” wrote Nawabi. 1413 ♡ 7 ✍
