iya peoples😎not gonna lie I kinda fucked it already in terms of conditioning🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️one day in and all shreds are nowhere to be seen🤷🏽♂️likely the fact I kinda treated the past week as a holiday too and may or may not have had 5 pizzas in the last week🤔all good tho.
Whilst we all fall into the trap of dieting overly aggressively for a holiday, it's important to realise the actual point of a holiday; and that point is not to spend the whole time stressing about whether you look the best you've ever looked because after about two or three days of enjoying yourself, I can promise you that you definitely won't.
In terms of myself, i've been dieting for literally like a year now😲(see my last post👉🏽) so I think a week without thinking so meticulously about fitness is more than in order. You've got forever and a day to be in a deficit and give a shit about how you look, now is not the time. Having said all that I won't be going mad, still going on morning runs, hikes and training with bae on the daily - but just letting go of that ball-ache nutrition part of fitness for a minute🙏🏽✨

#transformationtuesday 💥the left picture taken on my 30th birthday 4 years ago a holiday of eating what ever I fancied and drinking plenty of rum. Right picture April this year, wasn't my best prep didn't enjoy this show as much as I wanted to didn't feel happy with where I was at and how I looked definitely didn't look better than the last show which is what I wanted to achieve however somehow I managed to look more confident. 🤔 With any goal what ever it may be once we've achieved it, it suddenly seems like nothing.
We seem to lack the appreciation for the journey it's taken us on and the hard work it's taken to get there.
Why? Because we've accomplished what we never thought were possible, what we thought was out of reach.
Let's embrace the moment we realised we reached our goal however long it took. Just take a moment and hold your head up high tell yourself "I did that" be proud!! Someone somewhere hasn't even started!
The sky is no longer the limit...man/woman has now reached the moon 🌙 challenge yourself, be strong in body and in your mind.
